Two Caves to explore
The Red Obelisk Cave in ARK : Survival Evolved was a grownup red-hot fleck for resources during a playthrough of Scorched Earth . While it is present in its restitution inARK : sear Earth Ascended , it is not quite the powerhouse it once was .
Where to find the Red Obelisk Caves in ARK Scorched Earth Ascended (Map)
In the prequel , the main Red Obelisk Cave , as suggested in its championship , was near thegiant Obelisk with a with child light beam emitting from its center . In ARK : Scorched Earth Ascended , this remains the instance , though the cave has seen some better sidereal day to be sure . The exact co-ordinate for the Red Obelisk Cave are(72.7 , 35.3 ) , with the cave itself sitting a shortsighted walk away from the giant obelisk . The entrance looks like aruined archway .
Unfortunately , the cave has been greatly downsized or even in a flash nerfed in that it is barely even a cave any longer . or else , when you go to those coordinates and embark the cave , you ’ll find nothing more than atunnelleading out into the western portion of the Scorched Earth mathematical function . It is n’t very long , and much of the roof of the tunnel is not present , hence why " barely a cave " is an accurate description of it .

There are hardly any resources in this ' cave ' . or else , what you ’ll find is a singular entrance to the upper portion of a ruin in the arena , and plenty ofhungry carnoslooking to gobble you up . There is , however , a second cave near the Red Obelisk that is filled with water . A significant part of the cave is submerged under the sea , but once you sail it enough , you ’ll be presented with a monolithic open - air cavern perfect for place a floor , especially since it has piss nearby . you may discover the entrance of this picky Red Obelisk cave at(73.4 , 40 ) .
The entrance looks like anormal river close , but if you swim underneath this breaker point , you ’ll quickly find out it meets more than what the center can see . Just be careful going down there , as there is quite a bit of submerged swimming you ’ll need to do to get the actual cavern part of it .

I do n’t recall this cave being in the prequel variant of ARK Survival Evolved ’s interlingual rendition of Scorched Earth , but it is here in the sequel , so it should be used . The cave of the Red Obelisk vary greatly in their layouts , but there are other plentifulcaves in ARK Scorched Earth Ascendedto be explored .
