Phasmophobia at last received the awaited Ascension update 0.9.0.0 . The update changed a great deal of gameplay aspects of the biz and tally newer features to make the game more fun and realistic . to boot , due to these changes , the developers convert the naming scheme for many items to equate new gameplay banner , as those items will serve more intent .

New Progression System
A new leveling arrangement has been added , with new pace of progression , new unlocks , and a prestige system .
For this system to officiate , all current players have been reset to Prestige 1 , level 1 , this elbow room you could carry on to play with your unlocked difficulty and location . New participant will begin at Prestige 0 , grade 1 .
Warning : Players now find editing their degree will be banned .
LEGACY BADGE
Upon launching the secret plan for the first sentence after updating , you will be presented with a new screen to opt a singular badge with options ground on your pre - update level . Once saved , this is un - editable so choose carefully !
Equipment Changes
Each equipment item now has 3 tier up , increasing our Equipment count from 22 to 60 ! tier up cost a orotund sum of money to unlock , but each tier up will cost the same to bring into a contract .
To elevate a piece of equipment , get to the ask grade , go to the store and pressing on any detail ’s UI tile on the screen , then arrive at climb !
Several names have been put back to accommodate changes or for the new upgrade tiers , so that the word covers a all-inclusive spectrum :
We felt that DOTS was n’t a very interactive evidence type , so we ’ve all refactored it from the ground up . Instead of being a clone of the specter that gets spawned in and bring out with DOTS , the following will happen :
