To start the cascade of unlocking Sheena , you first need to unlock the first bomber , Bill Rizer , by get and open up the casket in Neo Galuga . Evolving the Sonic Bloom requires you to fully upgrade it to level 8 . The easiest direction to do this is to select Browny as your starting type and do not pick up any other weapons or item .
