The majority of the current information uncommitted for Wuthering wave 1.3 is in relation to two new graphic symbol that have been shown on WuWa ’s prescribed Twitter account . Beyond the visual aspect and oddment of these two characters , everything else is speculation or a leak found from an unofficial author .

Two characters were release through Wuthering wave ' drip mould selling campaign on their prescribed Twitter account . As we ’ve already control the novel character come to Version 1.2 ( Zhezhi and Xiangli Yao ) , it ’s most likely that these other two characters are for Version 1.3 .

The Shorekeeper is a 5 - star Resonator from the Black Shores . Though her weapon has n’t been announced , there is some speculation on her dimension type . It seems most fans agree that she ’ll be either Spectro or Glacio . in person , I can see her being Spectro rather than Glacio because of the butterfly feature of her outfit design . That , along with the star traffic pattern of her veil and the gold on the butterfly above her , read Spectro substance abuser to me .

Youhu, a young girl with blue hair, salutes the audience. There is a charm hanging from her clothes that has a frozen star in the center. This is a character for Wuthering Waves 1.3.

This escape chaser on Twitter has revealed that her weapon is a Rectifier ; but , again , there is no confirmation from Kuro Games .

One terminal leak I found is this TV that could potentially show The Shorekeeper ’s 2nd form . There ’s no entropy about where this leak came from .

A butterfly stroke - stylus weapon would have made more sense to match the theme point on the marketing drip mould from Kuro Games , but the tarot circuit board kind of work , too . particularly for this second form , if it ’s logical , tarot cards really suit the over-embellished aesthetic .

The other character to be released through drip merchandising is , of course , Youhu . There is n’t as much information float around for Youhu , and her dimension type is more obvious . Youhu is a 4 - maven Resonator from Huanglong . I will be very surprised if she does n’t have the Glacio attribute , due to the real flash-frozen star hanging from her dresser .

Both of these novel character wait fantastically standardised - I marvel if there is any relation between them or if the design is just happenstance . It ’s been said thatYouhu uses Gauntletsas her artillery of choice , but there is no confirmation about this .
