After clearing the church and the burial site from enemies , approach the giant cross and go behind the grave . give the small blue haversack and collect some Toilet Paper before going back to follow Cartman .

Head for the jumbo gas post and then turn remaining . near the big '' Welcome to Lace Tardicaca '' sign and find the blue rucksack full of pickup .
